      <image:title>About - My Journey to Coaching</image:title>
      <image:caption>My first career was Physical Education teaching in secondary schools. In 2019 I officially started Coaching as my profession, alongside my training as a GB ultra-trail runner. I was fortunate to train as a Professional Coach in Education as part of my leadership training and it was at this point that I started to see the incredible, life changing power of Coaching. I soon knew that this is what I was meant to be doing as my career. I also realised how much I cared about helping other people to overcome challenges and live a more healthy, active and fulfilled life. Running coaching helped me to go from living life at a million miles per hour, being very stressed out and trying to work 12 hour days… to establishing a much healthier balance between my sport, work and other important areas of my life. My physical health has drastically improved and I am better equipped with the internal resources required to bounce easily back from challenges and setbacks. It’s no surprise that this enabled me to then perform at my best, represent my country in my sport and set up my coaching business – achievements I was only dreaming could be possible some time ago.</image:caption>
